Whatever it is, it will always happen. Which formula works best? Managers are tasked everyday to get things done. They are asked to get things done through others and are constantly challenged with how to get it done. You see, there is no formula which fits all situations. It changes and the variables are too many to consider. So what to do? Managers must think on their feet. They must make decisions on the fly.
So without knowing what may happen, the goal must be to isolate those best practices to make decisions. This is the aspiration behind the book. It is meant to challenge thought and the possibilities in how to manage and lead others.
