Create works with clients to help define their scorecard. Based on the agreed upon key initiatives, each department reports back on key metrics to objectively measure progress towards change. The elements of the scorecard, Key Performance Indicators represent both internal and external measurements, as well as tangibles (financial measurements) and intangibles (belief, thinking, and behavioral measurements).

This is the challenge. Each organization has its own “itch to scratch” and its own cultural thumbprint. Therefore, the next steps are unique as well as the means to get to the outcome.
