Discovery

The Discovery segment is a fact-finding element in the overall program. It establishes a basis for information to highlight the perceived current scene and proposed areas of opportunity.  All activities will be performed as they relate to a set of structured questions, assessments and observation.  All feedback and subsequent information will be shared with senior leadership for consideration in all stages of programs.  The ultimate objective is relevance. Possible vehicles for better understanding are:

  • Needs Assessments
  • Employee Questionnaires / Surveys
  • Store Visits
  • Conference Calls with all players

Design

The Design segment will entail the authorship by Create regarding targeted curriculum within a prescribed training strategy.   The design and development will be aligned with the learning topics and the adult learning process in mind.  Create’s library of content will be used as the basis for all potential learning topics.  All topics spring from experiential perspective, field case studies and ongoing research. Targeted learning groups range from:

  • C-Level and Owners
  • Senior Level and Mid-Level Leadership
  • Front Line Managers
  • Front Line Sales
  • Back of the House Teams

Delivery

The Delivery segment represents an on-site platform delivery of a topic or topics supporting a targeted audience of learners. This can easily be facilitated in a variety of learning environments. Whether it is face-to-face, video streaming, conference calls or the online experience, the goal is to provoke and stimulate thought. And then in turn develop those thoughts into behavioral and business strategies. Possible delivery methods can be:

  • Single or multiple day workshops, speeches and training sessions
  • Conference calls, webinars, podcasts and video streams
  • Curriculum design, training aides, blog authoring and templates
  • Consulting, one-on-one coaching and train-the-trainer

Deployment

This segment represents the best practices in “How to Adopt” the agreed upon learning topics. Create Training & Consulting will present targeted action and follow-through with implementation as the driving force.   The overall scope would be to configure those actions to continue adoption of program tenets and objectives.  The ideal would additionally include a layer of accountability by observing what is happening in the field.  This can include some of the following methods:

  • Ongoing managerial and leadership learning programs
  • Regional or individual manager conference calls and coaching
  • Store visits and team interviews / assessments
  • Compliance checklist / EVI (Employee Value Index) scoring
  • T3 or Train-the-Trainer support
