What’s Next?

I am often challenged by my clients and especially to a “next” step.  They are engaged in the thought of “to what extent do I take the next step?”  Fair enough.

This quick blog is regarding the perspective into learning and development.

Recently I have been embracing the provision of a resource of learning to a client who has many channels of distribution.  This would be owners and operators of all kinds towards a common goal.  They are all entrepreneurs and all have a very select way of looking at how they operate.  Perhaps another way to look at this is, “I am this, what is next?”

First off, there are some who have gone through a bit of learning recently or three years ago or maybe it was in the “recent” past.  Is that you?  In other words, I have been through this before.  Perhaps your question is “what is new”?  Great.  There are always programs established to provide a different approach in how it works with learners.  Create has more activity and more about what you do with an idea of giving the learner a “what if” approach to learning.  This is the adoption which may have been a part of your “program”.  Have you invested into driving expectations already defined in an improvisational way?  Life is unscripted.

Second, what if you have never been to a “learning and development program”?  I also get this.  You may be excited to move your team forward and give them an experience in knowledge.  What happens in this so-called program?  There will be opportunities to share learning in every and any formats.  Imagine a leader having several opportunities to learn something about driving people towards hitting their goals.  Does that matter to your business?

Third, what if you have learning covered but are looking for that extra element to drive action?  There are many programs that have a piece for you.  Maybe, you have a defined culture and need someone or something to prompt an act or something that adds value to the client.  Create has a reinforcement or adoption piece that supports a healthy culture.  It is much like supplements to an already healthy diet.

Lastly, what if you just want a one thing?  Do you have to invest in a new program?  No.  There will be a grocery list of things to choose from.  This allows you to figure out what matter most to your organization.  I need “x”.  I am outlet for that as well.

Bottom line, you have choice to meet a need.  You do not have to force a “square peg into a circle hole”.  Create understands that every business has a unique need, a unique itch to scratch.  Has that been your stopping point?  Reach out to new level of learning and development based on what YOU NEED.

What happens next is up to you?  By the way, do you hope you get a sales increase?  Yeah, I hope so too.  What happens next?
